What is Price Match Guarantee?

Hypefly provides an exclusive Best Price Guarantee feature to enhance our customer's shopping experience as we actively monitor market prices on your behalf. If you happen to find a lower price at another retailer within the UAE (excluding international online stores), we will not only match that price but also provide free shipping. This guarantee reflects our commitment to offering you the best value for your purchases.

Which prices are eligible for matching?

Hypefly will match any publicly available price from other retailers in the UAE. The price has to refer to the identical product in terms of SKU code, make, model, size and color. The specific product has to be physically in stock rather than available for order only. The product must also be brand new, authentic, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not match special prices available to certain customers, such as discounted prices with specific voucher codes, bulk purchases, or prices for items that will take a longer period of time to ship.

How to request a Price Match?

Step 1: Identify the eligible, lower-priced product you wish to price match.

Step 2: Reach out to us through our email address at support@hypefly.ae, and provide us with the active link to the product page displaying the same item at a lower price.

Step 3: Our team will assess the product's authenticity and verify the store's credibility. Upon confirmation, we will finalize your purchase at the lowest available price in the UAE.
